The Genies out the bottle and he’s got a wish or three.
Try your best to catch him ‘cos they’re magic and they’re free.
But you better make your mind up.
Better know what you desire.
‘cos this jinni is a Demon and he’s packin’ all Hell’s fire.
The poor men wished for money, from the rich man’s golden world.
The rich men wished the poor would stay just the way they were.
Brave men wished enlightenment
but the truth drove them insane.
The dumb wished for security and were locked in ball and chain.
A preacher trapped the Genie, wished for peace, freedom and love.
He was tired of no answers from his prayers to Him above.
A big bang of acrid exhaust/vapour
and arc blue lightnin’s blitz.
The jinni’s laugh still echoes at the infidel’s madness/rashness.
Be careful what you wish for ‘cos your wishes may come true.
If you think life will get better, then I’ve got bad news for you.
The Genies out o’ the bottle raisin’ Hell on this Earth too.

Once the wish was granted,
Sometimes ignorance is better,
than hearing what you want,
than hearing a harsh truth,
The madmen wished for sanity,
The rest wished for diversity thinking everyone’s the same.
With a flash of arc blue lightnin’ and a bang of acrid smoke.
The jinni’s laugh still echoes at the unbeliever’s joke.
With a bang of acrid exhaust/vapour
and arc blue lightnin’s hiss.
