Good Mornin’ U.S.A!

Good old New York streets never sleep, big-heart missin’ a beat.
Kinda/Not so pretty, mega-cities, mirrored-glass and grey concrete.
Boston summers, L.A. poseurs, all the colours of the rainbow.
Vegas nights, hot desert bite/bright, days in Alaskan snow.

Land of the free! God bless this country.

Good Mornin’ U.S.A!

‘gator lagoons, rebel afternoons, cottonmouth full of South.
Liberty bell, to Bible belt, all holier than thou.
From Jesusland, to rusty belt, thru the great bread basket.
Free to choose, Red or Blue an’ dream the Dream fantastic.

CHORUS

Eventide, Mom’s applepie, scent courses through the air.
365/Three-six-D.C., Empire’s decrees, unceasing world warfare.
